Ingredients:
1 portion of Pork Chop
1 Garlic clove (minced)
¼ tsp. Ground Pepper
¼ tsp. Paprika
¼ tsp. Dried Oregano
¼ tsp. Dried Thyme
¼ tsp. Rosemary (crushed, dried)
½ recent Lemon
1 Tbsp Leaf Parsley (finely chopped)
Preparation:
Trim any fats from the pork chops. Place the pork chops in a massive bowl. In a small bowl, combine collectively the pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme and ½ the parsley.
Sprinkle the herb combination over the pork chops add the minced garlic, and switch to coat. Squeeze juice from the ½ lemon over the pork chops. Let set for quarter-hour to marinate.
Preheat the broiler, line a baking sheet with foil and evenly coat with unflavored cooking spray. Place the pork chops on the baking sheet and broil the pork chops till simply cooked by means of, about 4 to five minutes per facet.
Sprinkle the pork chops with the rest of the parsley.
