Ingredients:
1 serving Shrimp
2/3 cups cubed Pineapple
¼ medium Red Pepper
¼ medium Red Onion
1 serving of Kraft Fat Free French Dressing
¼ cup Brown Rice, cooked
½ tsp contemporary Garlic, minced
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Preparation:
Prepare brown rice in accordance with the route on the field and put aside. Spray a medium skillet with unflavored cooking spray. Add minced garlic, crimson pepper, onion and shrimp and cook dinner on medium warmth, cook dinner shrimp on either side for six minutes every. Add the pineapple and Kraft Fat Free French Dressing cook dinner on low for five minutes mixing all of the components collectively. Serve over the brown rice.
