Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
Pork Tenderloin:
1 serving Pork Tenderloin
¼ tsp. Allspice
¼ tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Rice:
1 Tbsp. chopped contemporary Cilantro
2 medium Green Onions, chopped
Juice of ½ contemporary Lemon or Lime
¼ cup Brown Rice, cooked

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400 levels. In a small bowl, mix the allspice, pepper, and cinnamon.  Use your arms to coat the pork, urgent the spices in.
