Ingredients:
1 serving Lobster, cooked
1/8 cup contemporary Parsley, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp juice from a contemporary Lemon
2 Tbsp Water
Fresh ground Black Pepper, to style 


Preparation:
Sautee garlic and pepper till garlic is translucent.  Add cooked lobster, parsley and water.  Simmer for 8-10 minutes and serve.  One serving of cooked and peeled Shrimp may be substituted for Lobster.
