Ingredients:
1 serving contemporary Scallops
¼ cup juice from contemporary squeezed Lemon
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Lemon Pepper, to style

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 levels. Pat scallops dry with paper towels and place in 1 quart casserole dish.

Bake scallops in preheated oven for five minutes. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and garlic.

Remove scallops from oven. Spoon lemon/garlic combination over scallops and sprinkle generously with lemon pepper.

Return scallops to oven and bake till firm, about 10 minutes. Serve whereas heat.
