Ingredients:
1 serving Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 small Tomato, diced
1/8 tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Italian Blend Seasonings (Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme)
Fresh ground Black Pepper, to style (or sprint or Crushed Red Pepper)
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Preparation:
Spray a non-stick skillet with unflavored non-stick cooking spray and add the chicken, cooking over medium warmth. Add the Garlic, Tomatoes and herbs to the skillet and canopy, cooking 10-15 more minutes or till chicken is absolutely cooked. Chicken may also be baked within the oven in a shallow baking dish.
