Glazed Squash

Servings:
1 Vegetable
1 Fiber

Suitable for all Freedom and FastTrack meal plans

Ingredients:
1 cup Squash (Zucchini or Summer Squash)
1 MWLC Fulfill Cherry Gelatin
Stevia and Cinnamon to style
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Preparation:
Spray baking dish with unflavored non-stick cooking spray. Cut squash into skinny slice and place in a mixing bow. In a small sauce dish, put the cherry fulfill and spices collectively and blend completely. Pour combination over the cut squash, stir collectively to coat the squash. Layer coated squash in baking dish. Spread any coating left over on high of the squash in baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for quarter-hour. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
