Ingredients: 
1 MWLC Tomato Soup Nutritional Supplement
1 serving Plain Low Fat Yogurt
1 small Tomato, diced
½ medium Green Bell Pepper, chopped
½ medium Onion, chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Chili Powder

Preparation:
Mix the dry substances (tomato soup, garlic powder, paprika and cumin) collectively in a bowl. Add the yogurt and stir till contents are blended totally. Stir within the chopped greens and serve with diet crackers or cut greens.
