Ingredients:
1 portion contemporary Scallops
½ tsp. Dry Mustard
½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes, to style
2 Garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp. Pepper
Juice of 1 contemporary Lemon
½ cup Water
1 cup contemporary Asparagus
Preparation:
Mix collectively lemon juice, dry mustard, pepper flakes, garlic, pepper & scallops. Add 1/2 cup of water to a non-stick frying pan and add scallops.
Cover with lid and prepare dinner on medium for 10 minutes, turning them as soon as.
Steam the asparagus for 5-10 minutes, relying on thickness, or till tender.
When scallops are achieved, take away from the pan and place on a plate with asparagus. Spoon any remaining pan juices over the asparagus and scallops.
