Ingredients: 
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray
¼ medium White Onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
¼ Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 portion lean Ground Beef
½ tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ground Ginger
½ tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Ground Coriander
1 cup Collard Greens, stems eliminated and sliced into 1-inch strips
5 Grape Tomatoes, quartered
1 tsp. juice from a recent Lemon

 

Preparation:
Spray massive skillet with unflavored cooking spray add the onion and saute on medium warmth till mushy, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and jalapeño and saute for 1 minute. Add the ground beef and seasonings cook dinner till browned, about 6 to eight minutes. Add the collard greens and tomatoes and saute till wilted, about 4 minutes.

Stir components gently because it cooks, cautious to not crush the tomatoes. Remove from warmth add the lemon juice, season with pepper to style and serve.
