Ingredients:
1 serving Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
6 oz. Plain Low-Fat Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon dried Tarragon
½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
½ cup Celery, diced
7 Grapes, halved
2½ Green Onions, sliced skinny
Juice from a contemporary Lemon, to style
Ground Black Pepper, to style
Lettuce or plan authorised starch for serving
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, yogurt, tarragon, mustard, celery, grapes, inexperienced onion, lemon juice and pepper and blend nicely.
Serve with plan authorised starch, or lettuce for wraps or refrigerate for later.
Be sure to rely extra vegetable or starch serving accordingly.
