Ingredients:
1 serving Venison, ground
1 cup Portabella Mushrooms, stems eliminated
¼ medium Red Pepper, diced
¼ medium Yellow Onion, diced
¼ cup Wild Rice, cooked
½ Tbsp Parsley, chopped
Garlic Powder, to style
Black Pepper, to style
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a skillet, spray unflavored cooking spray and prepare dinner purple pepper, onion, and ground venison till greens are tender and the venison is cooked utterly. Drain.
Transfer combination to a bowl and add cooked rice, garlic powder and pepper, combine effectively. Place mushrooms on pan and fill with venison combination. Bake for 20-25 minutes or till mushrooms are tender. Garnish with parsley.
