Ingredients:
1 cup Zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
½ Green Pepper, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 Tbsp “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter”
1 small Tomato, cut into wedges
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Dash seasoning to style

Preparation:
Cook greens (besides tomato) in butter, garlic, and pepper. Cover and prepare dinner 5 minutes. Add tomato, prepare dinner about 3 minutes till all is heated. Add a sprinkle of your favourite Dash seasoning or salt-free mix if desired.
