Ingredients:
1 serving Plain, Low-Fat Yogurt
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 small Orange, peeled and cubed or segmented
¼ medium Grapefruit, peeled and cubed or segmented
¼ small Pomegranate, seeded

Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk collectively the yogurt and vanilla extract. Assemble parfait – yogurt, fruit combine, yogurt, fruit combine and serve.
