Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:
1 serving Chicken Breast, Boneless/Skinless (or Sirloin or Shrimp)
¼ medium Red Bell Pepper
¼ medium Green Bell Pepper
¼ medium Yellow or Orange Bell Pepper
¼ medium Onion
1-2 Tbsp Dash Fiesta Lime Blend
½ recent Lime (optionally available)
1 Tortilla (Low Carb with Fiber)
Unflavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Preparation:
Preheat the air fryer to 390 levels for 3 minutes.

Cut the chicken into small strips.  Remove the seeds from peppers. Cut peppers and onions into strips and add these components to a mixing bowl.   Spray bowl contents with unflavored non-stick cooking spray.

Add the fajita combination in a single layer within the air fryer. Depending on the dimensions of your air fryer, this will likely require more than 1 batch. Cook for five minutes and toss nicely.  Cook for an further 4-5 minutes till the chicken is cooked by way of and the peppers are tender.

If desired, squeeze recent lime over the fajita combination and serve with a tortilla.
