Ingredients:
¼ cup Quinoa, cooked
2 Tbsp. juice from a contemporary Lemon
2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
¼ medium Red Onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. contemporary Dill
¼ cup Parsley, chopped
¼ medium Red Bell Pepper, spiralized
½ medium Cucumber, spiralized

Preparation:
Prepare the quinoa based on the directions. Next, slice the purple onion, chop the parsley, then spiralize the cucumber and the purple bell pepper. In a bowl, whisk collectively the contemporary dill, ground black pepper, and the lemon juice. Place the cooked quinoa and the greens into the identical bowl.
